I had a really lovely experience with this company 🤍 Nas took so much time to guide me through everything and answered all of my questions so patiently. You can tell straight away that they’re very professional and genuinely know what they’re doing, which made the whole process feel easy and reassuring. Their workmanship is beautiful, you can clearly see the quality and care that goes into their doors. On top of that, their communication is amazing. A very professional company they came out they measured up gave their honest opinion on what style of door i should have They then also provided laminated glass for other parts of the house which i was very impressed with They installed my sliding patio absolutely perfect with a black matt handle I went with them because they was the fastest cheapest and most efficient in delivering my door to me Their fitters are extremely professional clean up after themselves called me over to check if i was happy with everything then left once i gave it the thumbs up👍🏻 100% use these guys call them for a quote you have nothing to loose they will also beat any genuine quote too! Absolutely fantastic…10 out of 10 in terms of service & value for money. Nas, Zoubhan & Nobu were so competent & professional from start to finish. I phoned at 10:30am, Nas asked me to send him some photographs & then he provided me with a quote. Nas was very responsive to messages and he arranged for the two fitters to call round to my house. They arrived at 12:30pm straight from another job nearby & spent over 2 hours working on my bi-fold doors. One set of 3 doors would not open, but the fitters persevered & now they are working perfectly. The fitters worked quickly & efficiently, were polite & respectful and they cleaned & tidied up every little bit of rubbish before they left. The cost was very reasonable & I will definitely use them again in future & will not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you Kingsway Windows for such fantastic service. ~ Karen P

Had some windows and back door put in last week from Kingsway windows and had a very good experience, particularly how quick they were from initial inquiries to actual installation. Firing messages back and forth on Whatsapp simply added to the personal touch, and they were good enough to get windows Installed the night before I had a plasterer booked, this was at fairly short notice and they came through for me which was.a big help. Prices very fair and even gave me a little upgrade due to time/availability of certain window types. Would recommend them to others and I'm sure I will return in the future. Thanks! ~ Darryn C

I really struggled to get hold of a company that would touch my bi-fold doors in my house I had just moved into. Kingsway were not phased by the job at all and their engineer was absolutely amazing! He came over very quickly and he knew the problem straight away (whoever fitted the doors previously had installed them unbalanced). Whilst he was here he also checked my second set of bi-fold doors and sorted those too. Super friendly service and a genuine guy who just wanted to help us. Would highly recommend. ~ Emily C

Our experience with kingsway windows is a great one we had the look and quality we required, we had a horrible brown colour door and window with brown small extension which was very damp and making our living room very cold so kingsway fitted the new white ones witch are great, we have used kingsway twice on this property and once at previous property , the fitters are excellent at there jop always friendly, cheerful, and the initial salesman was very professional polite. ~ M a

I tried many times to order French doors on various reputable websites and the process isn’t easy. So many options, extras and confusing small prints. One wrong click could have cost me dearly. Then I saw Kingsway Window’s van and read their reviews. After making contact with them, Naz responded within minutes and gave me an initial quote which was a half of what I was quoted by others. No pressuring sales tactics. He sent Noman over to take measurements and less than a week later, he was back early on Saturday morning to install the doors. My house now has gorgeous upvc French doors which have transformed the look altogether. From the initial enquiry to installation, the service was FIRST CLASS! All debris was cleared, old doors/frame/glass were taken away. It was only after everything was finished did he ask for payment. This is a company that takes pride in their work, their reputation and customer care. If you’re looking for windows, don’t do it online yourself!
